An initiative by two experienced clinicians to bring healthcare beyond clinic walls.
- Who We Are
We Are MAATRAM Health Trust
A Preventive Healthcare NGO in Bangalore
MAATRAM Health Trust was established in Bangalore by two experienced clinicians – Dr. Deepak M.R. and Dr. Divya. N in 2025. Through years of clinical experience, we found a recurring, distressing pattern: many individuals, especially women, seek medical attention only when conditions have already progressed to advanced stages. We are on a mission to change this, stopping disease progression, preventing avoidable complications, and reducing the health and financial burden of delayed care on families.
We are here to be a voice for those often left unheard in the healthcare system.

- What We Do
We Take Health Services and Information to Those Who Need Them the Most
The preventable disease burden in India is largely driven by chronic and non-communicable conditions. Such conditions don’t get diagnosed on time, spiralling into serious complications, long-term treatments, hospitalizations, and significant financial strain. This is primarily because of a lack of awareness, limited access to reliable health information, and social stigma and not the lack of treatment options.
At MAATRAM Health Trust, we are striving to change this through our targeted, community-based health initiatives.
